Andre Gagnon is a freelance web developer based in Seacoast Region of New Hampshire.  He is active in the Portsmouth area technology events, including E-Brew which is sponsored by E-Coast.  He has been programming since 1983 and has worked in a wide variety of industries including defense, semiconductors, computer games, and website development.
